creative partner & EDITORIAL PHOTOGRAPHER
ANA NORDHAUSEN
Hi, I’m Ana!
I moved to the U.S. from Venezuela back in 2016 and spent seven years working for Architecture firms in ATL, designing spaces where light, balance, and intention mattered, a foundation that still shapes my creative approach today.
Along the way, I became a mother of two, fell even more in love with storytelling, and chose to fully lean into photography and creative partnership. I’m drawn to brands and people who care about details, who value honesty over trends, and who want visuals that truly feel like them.
I love jazz, timeless design, and the balance between modern and classic. I value meaningful connections, friendships, and collaborations that feel easy and human. I believe there’s always room for creativity, conversation, and building something thoughtful together.
My work begins with listening and observing, then translating what I see into imagery that feels natural, aligned, and true to who you are.
If that sounds like your kind of energy, lets connect!
People connect with what feels human. Emotion is what gives a brand its presence and character, it’s what draws others in.
The work is simply about telling that story with care.
a few FUN FACTS about me
Proud mom to two sweet little ones, Liam Emilio and Amelia Grace.
Life is beautifully messy with them, and watching them grow is pure joy!
My husband, Kailen, is my best friend and creative partner.
He’s the coolest guy I know and works as a Design Director at an agency in Atlanta. We support each other in life and work, and that partnership means everything to me.
Mia is our puppy. She runs the house, and everyone’s okay with it.
I’m fully obsessed with Yorkies!
WHY ANA NORDHAUSEN?
A CREATIVE PARTNER FOR STORY-LED, EDITORIAL VISUALS
What really matters to me is how strategy and storytelling trough photo + video come together. I don’t see them as separate things, they’re part of the same conversation.
I work as a creative partner with thoughtful brands and founders, staying closely involved in each project. I care about the bigger picture, but also the small details, and I’m always thinking about how the visuals will live and work together across a brand.
I don’t just show up and take photos. I like taking the time to understand the people behind the work, the purpose, and the feeling you want to communicate. From there, I help guide the visual direction so everything feels cohesive, elevated, and honest.
Every project starts with intention. The goal is always to create visuals that feel aligned, meaningful, and supportive of where your brand is going long-term.
